Special Extended Stay Rate
Stay at Ramsey House for seven nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on the nightly B&B rate. Enter the code LONGSTAY on the form when you book online and the rate will be adjusted for you.
Children
Whilst we are family run, Ramsey House is adults only, as the house has open stairs and the rooms are unsuitable for children. In addition, none of our rooms can accommodate more than two people or take an extra bed.
Dogs
Guide dogs are very welcome to stay in certain rooms with their owners. Otherwise pets are not allowed.
Single Occupancy
We regret that we have no single rooms at Ramsey House. However at certain times of the year we may be able to offer a reduction for single occupancy. Please enquire.
Short Stays
At certain times of the year and at weekends, one night stays are subject to suitable late availability only. Please email your request separately.
Breakfast
Your booking includes Shauns delicious Welsh breakfasts, served in our sunny breakfast area.
So we can run Ramsey House sustainably with reduced food waste, we kindly ask for a breakfast pre-order the night before.
If you would prefer not to have breakfast we can offer a room only reduced tariff (email for this option ahead of booking).
We can also replace breakfast with a packed lunch instead if you wish, or a lovely hot bacon baguette and coffee flask to go! All of these can be done on request.
Housekeeping
Respecting our guests’ privacy while staying at Ramsey House is important to us, and we will service your room only if you specifically request us to do so. We have found most guests prefer this way, and you will always have access to any replenishments you may need.
Infectious illnesses or sickness
If a guest shows symptoms of sickness, then we request that they take a Continental Breakfast bag in the comfort of their room, and kindly don’t share the dining room or lounge with other guests.
Booking
Reservations may be confirmed by online booking, telephone call or email, and subsequent provision of valid card details to secure the booking.
Card details are processed securely through our online booking system, FreeToBook. Ramsey House does not store your card details.

Check Out
Check Out: Any outstanding balances will be payable at the end of your stay. Room Accounts may be settled by bank transfer, cash, Visa Debit, MasterCard or Visa Credit.
Please note: American Express, Business Visa and Business MasterCard are not accepted.
Please kindly vacate your room by 10.30am. Cars may be left until later by arrangement.
Booking Conditions
When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract.
Bookings are fully flexible on both sides to cancellation until 31 days before your arrival.
If you cancel your booking within 31 days of arrival (for any reason), you will be liable for a cancellation charge of up to the total cost of your holiday. Any room nights we are able to re-sell to a new guest would not be chargeable.
For ‘Whole House Bookings’ we reserve the right to take a non-refundable deposit at the point of booking.
No allowance is made for meals not taken.
If we have to cancel your booking with us for any reason, then any payments already made to us will be refunded in full, with no further financial obligation for either party.
As always we advise all guests to have suitable travel insurance in case of personal illness, accident, or otherwise.
Therefore we strongly advise you to insure your holiday against any cancellation or curtailment when arranging your general travel insurance.
Any damage caused by a guest staying with us will be charged for.
