Here I am today with my “Chief Taster” hat on.

Shauns new ‘handmade pasta’ dish today suitable for vegetarians is:

Ricotta and oven dried tomato tortellini, with basil and toasted pine kernels.

Suffice to say the plate is now polished clean, and it’s a big thumbs up from me!  I love pasta, and basil is one of my favourite flavours, and this is just sublime…

It’s planned as a main course dish for our Spring dinner menu in the restaurant at Ramsey House, although the above is a small portion just for me to try.
