Prices quoted are per room per night, based on two people sharing a double or twin bedded room and includes full Welsh breakfast.

Additional Services:

Special Extended Stay Rate: Stay at Ramsey House for seven nights or more, and take your choice of either 10% discount on the nightly B&B rate or complimentary dinner for two on your first night (to also include a bottle of house or sparkling wine).

Children: Whilst we are family run, Ramsey House is adults only, as the house has open stairs and the rooms are unsuitable for children. In addition, none of our rooms can accommodate more than two people or take an extra bed.

Single Occupancy: We regret that we have no single rooms at Ramsey House. However at certain times of the year we may be able to offer a reduction for single occupancy. Please enquire.

One night stays: At certain times of the year and at weekends, one night stays are subject to suitable late availability only.

Fine Dining: £40 per person for dinner (three courses), and we offer a full wine list and bar service. Special request dinner menu items are very welcome with prior notice, however certain items (such as steak or lobster for example) may carry a supplement. At certain times we reserve the right to limit numbers for dinner, and tables cannot be guaranteed without advance reservation. We currently close for dinner on Wednesday and Saturday evenings. We offer dinner only for Ramsey House residents, and are not open for non-residents.

Deposits and payments: Reservations may be confirmed by telephone or email, and subsequent receipt of a deposit of your first nights stay, which can be paid by debit card (credit card payments are welcome but will incur a 3% surcharge). Please note that cheques will no longer be accepted due to the cheque guarantee card scheme closing in the UK.  Room Accounts may be settled on departure by debit or credit card as above, or cash.

Booking Conditions: When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract.Should you cancel or curtail this reservation for any reason within four weeks of arrival, and we are unable to re-let the accommodation you will be liable for a cancellation charge up to the total cost of your holiday.You may therefore wish to insure your holiday against cancellation or curtailment when arranging your general travel insurance.Deposits are non-refundable, but may be carried forward to a future reservation (only when the amendment is made more than four weeks prior to your stay).No allowance is made for meals not taken.
